Here is the famous Pontiac GTO Woodward Ave advertisement from the March 1967 issue of Motor Trend magazine. General Motors only ran the advertisement only once before it was pulled because of the implications that the two men in the GTO were waiting on Woodward Ave for someone to race.

Back in the 60′s Woodward Ave in Michigan was well known across the country for its street racing scene.
